"We are so happy with Carmen. Layla is our deaf golden doodle and she’s 1.5 years. She had so much anxiety going to the vet. I couldn’t put her through that experience any longer. I came across Roomin 2 Groomin and was blown away. They came into my home and took so much time to sit and calm Layla. They used my tub! The at home experience alone was so comforting. We are so happy to have met Carmen!!! Riley was going to Petsmart for her grooming and it was always such an anxious time for her especially because she has IVDD (Intervertebral disc disease) so I was always worrying if she jumped while they weren’t looking or something. But THIS service that Carmen provides, grooming at their own home in a comfortable environment... it’s just absolutely perfect! She’s so professional and the sweetest to Riley. I have recommended her to all my friends and cousins already and it’s only been 2 hours since she left!!!!! Lol! We are in love with the cut and already scheduled her next grooming appointment. "Carmen did a fantastic job with my 13 year old Shih Tzu, Gizmo. She made me feel very comfortable with what she would be doing with Gizmo and I can tell he liked her right from the start. She was patient and caring and talked to him throughout the session. He looked very handsome! Carmen was on time and very attentive.
